Setup, saving and recovery

AdPole Support

Start here for account setup, Chrome pairing, saving a creative and finding it again.

1. Create and confirm your account

  1. Open Create a workspace.
  2. Enter your name, work email, password and workspace name.
  3. If AdPole asks for email confirmation, open the message sent to your work email and use its confirmation link.
  4. Return to Sign in and use the same email and password.

If you were invited to an existing workspace, use the invited email address. AdPole will prioritize the pending invitation instead of creating an unrelated workspace after your account is confirmed.

2. Install the Chrome extension

The Chrome Web Store release is being prepared. AdPole is currently available to approved workspaces.

If your organization has approved access, install the build or managed extension it provides. Do not install an extension from an unverified download or a guessed Web Store link. After installation, pin AdPole from Chrome's Extensions menu so the popup is easy to reach.

3. Pair Chrome with your workspace

  1. Open the AdPole extension popup in the Chrome profile you want to connect.
  2. Choose Sign in. The extension opens the AdPole web app in a new tab.
  3. Sign in if needed. If you belong to multiple workspaces, choose the correct one.
  4. Choose Connect browser.
  5. Wait for the connected confirmation, then open a supported source.

Pairing issues a dedicated credential for that Chrome profile and workspace. You never need to copy a token or provide a source-platform password. You can revoke the connection from Settings → Extension inside AdPole.

4. Save a creative

  1. Open a supported public source page.
  2. Find the creative you want to keep.
  3. Use the AdPole Save to Library control beside that item.
  4. Choose one or more Boards, or save without a Board.
  5. Complete the save and use the deep link when you want to open that exact Creative in AdPole.

AdPole saves the metadata and media available for that source. Some videos use access-controlled streams; in that case AdPole may preserve a poster, a user-initiated frame and the exact source link.

5. Find saved creatives

Open Creative Library after signing in. Search across brand, ad copy, headline, CTA, landing page, source information, Tags and Notes. You can also filter by Board, Folder, Brand, Tag, source platform, format, saved-by user and saved date.

Open Boards to browse a focused collection, Brands to browse references attributed to a brand, or Archive to restore a reference that was moved out of the active library.

6. Supported sources

The current extension has source adapters for:

  • Meta Ad Library
  • LinkedIn Ad Library
  • Instagram desktop
  • YouTube Shorts
  • Pinterest.com

Pinterest support covers pinterest.com and its country subdomains, not separate country-code domains. Source websites change frequently; a source can remain listed while a specific page shape needs maintenance. Unsupported files can be added with AdPole's manual upload workflow.

7. Troubleshooting

The extension says it is not connected

Confirm you are using the same Chrome profile that holds the extension. Open the popup and choose Sign in again. If an old connection was revoked or expired, the fresh pairing flow replaces it.

The pairing page says the link expired

Return to the extension popup and choose Sign in again. Pairing links are short-lived and tied to the extension that created them; do not reuse a bookmarked pairing URL.

Chrome could not reach the installed extension

Make sure the pairing tab opened from the same Chrome profile where AdPole is installed. Confirm the extension is enabled, close the stale pairing tab and start again from the popup.

The Save control does not appear

Confirm the URL is one of the supported source patterns above, reload the page after the extension is connected and wait for dynamic content to finish rendering. AdPole does not inject on unsupported pages.

A creative saved without the full video

Instagram and YouTube can deliver video through blob or adaptive streams that the extension does not reconstruct. AdPole may keep an available poster or user-initiated frame with the exact source link.

I saved to the wrong Board

Open the Creative in AdPole and update its Board memberships. You can also change the default Board in the extension popup for faster future saves.

8. Privacy, account and deletion questions

Read the Privacy Policy for the information AdPole handles and the extension's permission boundaries. For an access, correction, account or deletion request, email us from the address associated with your account so we can verify the request safely.

9. Contact Support

Email sales@roimagnet.com. Include the page or supported source, what you expected, what happened, and whether the issue affects the web app, extension popup or injected Save control. Do not send passwords, cookies, session tokens or production credentials.
